All Pour4 Staff are TABC certified & licensed, and abide by all laws and regulations regarding the serving of alcohol. Pour4 is insured in general & liquor liability @ $1 million.
Our managers work closely with security and/or venue managers to provide a safe and enjoyable event.
In accordance with Texas law and TABC, we will ID any guest appearing to be under age. Failure to produce ID will prohibit Pour4 from serving to that guest.
We do not serve liquor intended to be taken as a shot. We will serve drinks as 'up', 'neat', or 'on the rocks', as a drink. Any guest abusing these drinks (taking them as shots) will be refused service. All drinks are served ONLY as single (1oz), or double (2oz).
All alcohol consumed on the the premises must be handled and served by our staff ONLY. Guests are welcome to bring their personal bottles to the bar, and be served from the bar only.
We are diligent in providing safety for all guests at each event. Our managers and bartenders continuously observe the crowd for signs of intoxication to prevent over-serving.
Options for gratuity (22%), tip jars, or both are available depending on your event & guests. Final agreement for tips will be included in your contract.
Contracts will be emailed upon completion of consultation. Event will be booked upon receipt of signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit.
